Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions below apply to any order placed with Curate Kitchen

General Terms
  • All prices and charges are subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate applicable at the time of billing.
  • Menus and prices are subject to periodic revision. In the event that any item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Curate Kitchen reserves the right to provide a substitute item of equivalent value and quality, with prior notification to the customer where reasonably practicable.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and operational capacity.
  • Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders must be placed at least three (3) working days (72 hours) before 12:00 noon, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, prior to the event date.
  • Any loss of or damage to equipment provided by Curate Kitchen shall be chargeable to the customer.
  • Buffet reception includes:
    • Complete buffet table setup with skirting and food warmers;
    • Disposable cutlery, plates, and serviettes.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 30 persons.
  • Food is best consumed within three (3) hours upon delivery.
  • An additional charge of S$50.00 (S$54.50 inclusive of GST) per level will be imposed on the customer for a location that is not at the lift landing level.
  • Minimum order quantities applicable to each bento category shall apply.
  • Individually packed disposable cutlery and serviettes will be provided.
  • Bentos are packed in disposable bento boxes as standard.
  • Upgrade to sustainable bagasse ware is subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Food is best consumed within one (1) hour upon delivery.
  • Tables, buffet setup, and food warmers are not provided for bento orders unless otherwise agreed.
  • Upon submission of an order, our Sales Team will contact the customer via email or WhatsApp for confirmation.
  • Orders shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of the customer’s acknowledgement or confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Actual delivery times may vary by up to thirty (30) minutes before or after the requested delivery time.
  • Any amendment to a confirmed order must be communicated at least three (3) working days prior to the event date and shall be subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the assigned Sales Representative. The following charges shall apply:

  • More than 72 hours before the event – No charge
  • Within 72 hours before the event – 50% of the order value
  • Within 24 hours before the event – 100% of the order value

Curate Kitchen reserves the right to invoice the applicable cancellation charges as part of the customer’s monthly consolidated billing.

Curate Kitchen reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where fulfillment may compromise food safety, service quality, operational feasibility, or where payment obligations have not been met.
