Cafeteria Service Models

This proposal outlines three cafeteria service models, considering operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and food quality.

Off-Premise Kitchen​

Fresh meals are prepared in our central kitchen and delivered daily in temperature-controlled trays. Our on-site team handles service, enabling a smooth and efficient operation with minimal on-site staffing.

On-Premise Kitchen​

Meals are cooked fresh daily in a fully equipped kitchen right on-site. This model offers a “private chef” experience, providing the highest level of menu flexibility, freshness, and personalized service.

Hybrid Kitchen Model​

Core meal components are prepared off-site and delivered daily, while fresh items are finished on-site. This model strikes the ideal balance between quality, efficiency, and cost control.
